How do I enroll in Online Banking?

How much does an eStatement cost?
eStatements are free to all our personal account holders.
How do I enroll in eStatements?
First, enroll in Online Banking. If you are already an Online Banking customer, click on the "Options" tab in your online banking profile. Scroll to the section labeled "eStatements Enrollment" and click "Enroll Accounts." Choose the accounts you would like to enroll, verify your e-mail address, review and accept the Terms and Conditions. You may also enroll at your local branch.
How do eStatements vary from regular paper statements?
There is no paper...and it arrives faster! That's it. eStatements look and include everything a paper statement does. eStatements are available for viewing through your Online Banking account the day after the statement cycle ends.
How will I know when my eStatement is ready?
We will send you an e-mail to let you know your statement is prepared. The e-mail will contain a link to our website. Click on the link, login to your Online Banking account, and click on the "Documents" tab along the top of your screen. You will be able to access your past statements.

UPay, our online bill pay system, is free of monthly service charges. There may also be a fee to send payments overnight to some vendors. All fees will be disclosed prior to completing any transactions.
How do I enroll in UPay?
Are there daily limits set on my card?
Yes, for your protection and to deter fraud, there is a daily limit on your card. Please refer to your Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure for more information on the daily limits or call your local branch.
What if I need to spend more than the daily limit?
Please contact your local branch to request a change in limits.
I'm traveling out of state and my debit card is being declined... what's wrong?
As an added layer of security, we do block certain transactions made outside your usual geographical history. If you plan on traveling out of state or the United States, please let us know so that we can make accommodations for your card to work properly at your destination.
What if I forget my PIN?
Please call your local branch and they will assist you with your PIN reset.
Is there a fee for using other bank's ATMs?
Yes, an ATM fee of $1.00 will be applied for each transaction conducted at an ATM not owned by United Bank & Trust. In addition to this fee, many ATM owners will charge a fee to use their ATM. These charges will be displayed on the screen before the transaction is complete.
How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?
First, enroll in our Online Banking. Once an Online Banking user, log into your account. Click on the "Options" tab and scroll to the section labeled "Mobile Banking Profile." Click "Enroll Device."
I don't have a smartphone. Can I still use Mobile Banking?
Of course. We offer Mobile Banking in three different platforms.
What if I need to make changes to my Mobile Banking profile, change my number, add new services, or download the App again?
Click on "Options" in your Online Banking profile. Scroll to the section labeled "Mobile Banking Profile" and click on "Manage Device(s)." From this screen, you will be able to change your number, delete this service from your phone, change services, re-download the App, or have a link to the Mobile Browser site sent again to your phone.
I'm locked out of my Mobile Banking. What do I do?
Call your local branch and they will unlock your device for you.
Can my business use Online Banking and how much does it cost?

Does my business account come with a debit card?
We offer Visa® Business debit cards to our business account holders. As a business owner, you can order individually embossed cards for employees as well as set daily transaction limits for each cardholder. All transactions will appear on the monthly statement for easy recordkeeping.
